The Depositary wins gold at The Negotiator Awards 2022!

The Negotiator Awards 2022 – celebrating excellence in agency.

On Friday 24th November, Team Depositary donned their glad rags and headed off to one of the UK’s leading independent awards for the property industry - The Negotiator Awards.

Hosted by comedy actor Stephen Mangan, the 33 categories were awarded with trophies and commendations handed to 93 agencies and suppliers. Stephen was joined on stage by The Negotiator publisher, Grant Leonard. After announcing the 2022 winners he said, “This has been a great evening of excitement and celebration, seeing the best in the business recognised and rewarded. The significance and importance of the Awards should not be underestimated, they prove that the industry is thriving and positive, and we can’t wait to see what success 2023 brings”.

We were up for two awards on the night; Supplier of the Year (Apps) and Supplier of the Year (Agency Software). Both were extremely tough categories, filled with companies we admire (and in some cases, are integrated with!) so we had our ‘just happy to be nominated’ faces ready on the night…only for us to land Gold for Supplier of the Year (Apps).

That’s right - we came away with the top prize for Supplier of the Year (Apps).

According to The Negotiator, 2022 has been another year of record entries to the awards. Our entry was built around how far the system has come in the last 12 months with multiple functionality releases and the improved results are agent clients are achieving along with a solid number of testimonials. And it won us Gold….
