The need to have been reviewed by the Kerfuffle product team and get a pass mark, which we did with flying colours.
Finally they need to be scoring highly in the Net Promoter Scores on Kerfuffle’s 1500+ Agents dashboards, The Depositary has a near perfect NPS score of 95 which is almost unprecedented.
