Set-up process
Whether you are a startup or an established nationwide operation, we don’t charge our agent community a penny to get your account with us set-up and running.
The set-up process usually includes two sessions:

User training on-boarding session

User training
Our user training sessions are free for life! We run two group sessions every month that any users from our whole agent community can join free of charge. These are dynamic sessions worked around the needs of those in attendance.
Companies booking 5+ users for training can get 1 free company session per quarter. Content can be more curated for these sessions according to the wants and needs of the agency and users alike.

Managed tenancy conclusions
The pricing for our platform is simple & transparent- agents must pay us a license fee per 300 managed tenancies. For most agents, this will be based on both your Fully Managed & Rent Collection portfolio.
For example: If your managed & rent collect portfolio is 400 tenancies then you will require 2 x licenses at a cost of £400 +VAT per month.

Let only tenancy conclusions
This service is only available alongside our ‘paid for’ managed licences. However, should you wish, you can invite your ‘let only’ Landlords to engage with the platform totally free of charge.
You can do this to ensure that best practices is applied across your whole portfolio of tenancies. Alternatively, you may wish to only offer the platform as a benefit of your Rent Collect & Fully Managed tenancies.

Premium partner integrations
Some of our integrations go far beyond the transference of a few data fields. These premium integrations, usually high-grade agency CRM integrations, have multiple, two-way touch-points.
The cost to both develop and maintain these integrations are substantial and, as such, these come at a premium surcharge in addition to your licence fee costs with us. Any applicable costs will be confirmed in your demo of the platform.
