The Depositary is a proud sponsor of this year's Women in Estate Agency Conference - will we see you there?

We’re proud sponsors of the event and we want you to be there…Open to both women and men, it's a truly remarkable and uplifting event, and we feel lucky to be a part of it. Take a look below at what they have in store...

The Women in Estate Agency Conference is back for 2025, and we’re turning the volume up on last year! We call it a “conference” but if you’ve attended before you’ll know that it’s so much more than that. It’s a day that celebrates our vibrant community, a day filled with heart, strength and real emotion, a day to celebrate the unique power women bring to our industry. Our community is growing, but we’re keeping it cosy with only 450 attendees. This means an intimate and engaging experience where you can truly connect, share and learn.

Let’s all get together on Thursday 6th March 2025 at Pullman London St Pancras!
Book your tickets now on the WiEA website.

Agents of Change
“The Secrets to Success”

“How is the worst thing that happened to me the best thing that ever happened?”

An Deckers, a force for change in the property industry, will share her remarkable journey from facing adversity to building a successful and ethical agency. Her inspiring story will empower you to embrace challenges, overcome obstacles, and create a life you love.

Panel Discussion with host Ben Madden
“How To Be a Man in Today’s World”

Join Ben Madden, Kristjan Byfield (The Depositary), Iain McKenzie (The Guild of Property Professionals), and Daniel Keedwell (Fine & Country) for a thought-provoking session that addresses the evolving role of men in today’s world, especially within estate agency.

This engaging conversation will challenge perspectives and inspire action as the panel explores the complexities of modern masculinity. They’ll tackle pressing topics, including the rise in men’s mental health challenges, shifting societal expectations of manhood, and the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace.

Far from a typical discussion, this session aims to foster meaningful dialogue about how men can actively promote gender equality and contribute to creating a more inclusive, supportive industry for all.

We'll also be back with another fantastic stand...Last year our Valkyrie photobooth was a huge success - this year we're back with another interactive stand. Make sure you visit and are ready to perform!
