The Depositary announces new pricing for 2023

It's now been 3 years since we launched The Depositary, inviting agents from up and down the country to join us on our mission to transform tenancy conclusions and deposit returns for agents & tenants alike. One of our remits from day one has been to constantly listen, evolve and improve and in tech that means constantly reinvesting development resources to make the platform better, faster, easier and further reaching.

As well as investing in the ongoing development of our own platform, we have proactively sought to expand our platform through high-value integrated partnerships. This remains very much at the core of The Depostray today- with 7 rich integrations already in place covering tenancy deposit schemes (TDS Insured and Custodial), Utility management (Please Connect Me), Inventories & Checkout Reports (Inventory Hive, inventorybase & No Letting Go) as well as our first premium CRM integration (propco). We currently have 3 new partner integrations under construction and are in talks with several others to continue expanding the reach of our platform, through value-enhancing partners, to deliver our agent community the very best results, experience and choice possible.

To reflect the investment and improvements made over the last 3 years and those planned over the next 12 months, we must increase our prices to reflect and support this. As such, as of today, we have increased our license rates to £100+ VAT per month. This is actually in line with our pricing strategy announced when we first launched however, facing the pandemic, we made the decision to extend our launch rate for a 2nd year. We believe, bearing in mind all of the above points, as well as the facts that there are no set-up costs and we offer free training for life, that this still represents incredible value for money- whether you are a single-branch, national operation or anything in between.

For existing clients, changes to subscription will be made in line with your contracted terms.
