Greek Night with Vicky & Amy
Back in July at the Agents Giving Summer Ball we bagged ourselves a Greek BBQ Experience kindly donated to the charity auction by (Depositary client) Location Location. And wow, did they put on an amazing feast for us! Friday 9th September saw the Depositary and base property specialist teams head up to Enfield to be the guests of Location Location’s Managing Director Vicky and her partner Amy (ViewMyChain). Also in attendance was the wonderful Stephen Brown (SJB Consultancy) - and what an evening we were all treated to!
Of course, despite it being Greek night we were still very much in England, in September, so it was bound to happen - the heavens opened. Not that this put a dampener on our spirits or the night; we were welcomed with ‘Bahama Mama’ cocktails and the sight of Vicky using a hairdryer on her BBQ, trying to get that even spread of white coal.
There was another industry legend in the room that night we have to mention - the adorable Albie! Truly the star of the night, he was more than happy to give out snuggles.
With plates piled high and the drinks flowing, we sat down to a laughter filled meal. Everyone was on top form and we really did have the best night. Vicky has successfully ruined all our future attempts at BBQing because nothing will ever live up to this experience. Just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any better, Vicky and Amy presented base & Depositary director An and her partner Diana with the most amazing Wonderwoman surprise cake to celebrate their 23rd anniversary - such a wonderfully generous thought and gift!
If you ever have the opportunity to have a Greek night with Vicky and Amy, we can confirm you will never regret it! Fantastic hosts, huge laughs and an incredible spread.
